Isokinetic training keeps the speed of movement constant, regardless of how much force you apply. The machine dynamically adjusts the resistance to match your output. If you push harder, the machine increases the resistance to keep your speed steady. This is highly effective for athletic rehabilitation and explosive power training, ensuring safe workouts without the risk of dropping heavy weights.
Training alone in an apartment can raise safety concerns, especially during heavy lifts. Our intelligent motor systems feature automatic "spotter" algorithms. If the system detects a sudden drop in speed or a prolonged struggle (indicating muscle fatigue or failure), it instantly decreases the digital resistance in milliseconds to prevent injury.
